Last week I decided to try a new meditation , I decided to try to enter a crystal cave in the Inner Earth,
after few seconds I saw myself inside of a crystal cave in my minds eye.
I did not have any expectations of what would be the outcome.
I sat quietly for a few minutes and absorbed the energy of the crystals and my whole body was tingling with energy especially
my hands. Before doing this I was feeling fatigued but afterwards felt energised. The energy of the crystals could also help
to raise our vibrations.
The next day I woke feeling like I was getting the flu again, so did the same meditation, this time I received a message from
Mother Earth to go to a tree, take off my shoes and place both hands on the tree and to say “ I am one of the children of mother earth on the surface in need of healing.” I kept my hands on the tree for about 1 min and started to feel the symptoms disappearing, I then went about my daily things and within about 10-30mins all the symptoms had completely gone.
EITHER OF THESE CAN BE USED FOR ANY TYPE OF HEALING OR TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATIONS
